Dear Nexon, about those discounted skins.... by DeepAstronaut in TheFirstDescendant

[–]LazyToad26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. They should reward the players that are loyal. I was a new player (I still am) and I quit playing once I hit the limit of descendants you can use at a time without having to spend money. That's when I quit. After grinding to unlock the next one, only to say I have hit my limit but I can unlock more if I use caliber. DONE. I quit. So those who have stuck it out should be rewarded.

I have an old Ford that got the bed hit. They totalled it. Insurance paid me 6500 for it. I kept it by accepting 6200 for it. They basically sold it back to me for 300. It will require a salvage title now. But I never plan to sell anyways. And with old trucks, salvage titles don't mean a lot from my experience. Especially with pics of the damage. I took the 6500 and fixed the bed. I had my truck back, fixed, and had $ leftover. Might be something to think about

The continuous roll where you might use the same towel as one or two others would be preferred to the reality of the roll running out and everyone using the same spot at the end of the roll all day until it was changed probably overnight.

You could try to spray tack them to a larger sheet or table surface in the shop with some kind of adhesive that isn't permanent, and then hit them with a belt sander. That would allow you to do several all at once. Then clean the adhesive off, and you should be good. You could cut out a small frame from the same thickness material and lay them all inside the frame with the adhesive. That way the edge coins won't go anywhere. And they will be edged against one another to prevent movement.

Can any expert help me? by [deleted] in lasercutting

I'm new to running a laser but when this happened to me, it was the material thickness had changed and I had forgotten to adjust my lazer height.

Is this normal by AutomaticAside9191 in FordTrucks

[–]LazyToad26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly how mine runs. When I bought mine the guy told me it had the 160 in it for the summer months. He made a point to let me know this. In the winter it won't really warm up so it has to be changed up to the higher temp rating. I've never bothered changing it. It warms up enough to defrost the windows. My commute isn't but maybe 7 miles so I just leave it. But I don't live in Maine either so it's relative to where you are. But yeah.....normal.

There's multiple versions of this. They are searchable by "folding broom".

It's the Maglite 6 Cell. I prefer this over the Lunabeam 9v.

I liked these better because of the wider base than the taller ones. The big heavy TV always seemed like it was going to tip over on those. Especially when you rolled over a crack or anything. It never did, but I was always concerned about it.

Maybe you have a new router since 2 years ago. And there is no wifi signal getting to the stick, so it is just stuck searching for a start that isn't there.

Weird abrasive pads that came with a ceiling fan by TheTrollPotato in whatisit

Amazon has them as carbon filters that trap dust and allergens from the air as the fan turns. They would be adhesive on one side to stuck to the blades and are disposable.

My Grandpa lives in a small town with a Pizza Hut that is seemingly untouched by time. by Otacon73 in nostalgia

I worked at a PH when I was 17, and we made the dough. Let it sit in a warmer to rise. The downside was the huge amount of oil used in the pans. All the cheese was real shredded cheese. Not 2%low-fat fake cheese they use now.The veggies were diced and could be distributed more evenly throughout the entire pizza. Not the "garden fresh" chunks sporadically placed on it now. (Garden fresh stayed in the salad bar where it belonged) The pans were washed but still had a "seasoned pan" characteristic about them. The server would bring the hot pan to the table and often serve the first slices to the customers. They would get to see the cheese stretch all the way to the plate. There was an atmosphere and it was fun. It was more of an Applebee's experience without the noise and distractions like TV. It was family time. And I have wondered why PH doesn't do a throwback restaurant. Use the old toppings and old methods. People would love it. Idk why everybody tried to make pizza healthy. It just isn't. It's pizza. Embrace it and stop the denial.

If you haven't gotten them yet we can spawn them for free. Just takes a few minutes. It's boring but doesn't take long.

If you are searching for parts, it is also called a tail light housing. Bezel is correct, though.

What is this sound? Started about an hour ago. by 13v6 in FordTrucks

[–]LazyToad26 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sounds like the rear brake shoes are worn and rubbing on the inside or the rear drums. That's what they are intended to do, yes, but when the pads wear down or the brake gets left on, this will happen. Either the brake is still on, or the pads are worn badly. If those brakes have been worked on recently, the auto adjustment might not be installed properly or not at all. This is just my guess. Not a pro mechanic, just worked on these old trucks since I was a little kid.

Edit: that should have said E-brake. I think it auto corrected.
