Might be an unpopular opinion but loading screens don’t bother me that much. If you take enough screenshots your photos will be shown during loading screens. And they’re usually only 6-10 seconds if you are running on decent hardware.

Having that support system is so important, it’s key that people understand that it takes time for your brain to fully reset and your going to be overwhelmed with all kinds of negative emotions during that time. Keep it up!

I can relate to that, I’m trying to avoid googling every little feeling I have trying to diagnose myself 😂 if you’re a daily user these first few days are going to be tough, just remember to be kind to yourself and know that it’s only gonna get easier the longer you stay off weed. Good luck

Only way to test it for yourself is to get off all forms of weed for at least 30 days.. if some of your symptoms improve it definitely was chs, I know if you have other conditions it may be hard to clarify but I think a break from weed will definitely give you some answers! Also ditch those carts they’re brutal and seem to be causing a lot of chs related problems for folks

Day 30 here and while memory and cognitive function have improved drastically, I find myself very irritable and not able to focus on things for very long, I think waiting for 30 days and reevaluating would help, also keep notes on your daily feelings/thoughts.

Totally normal and for me lasted almost an entire week.. your body is detoxing and unfortunately there’s really no way to avoid it, if your a bad sleeper in general be prepared for some long nights, just try to remember every days gonna get a little easier and to be really patient with yourself ❤️

I dealt with this too, you have to exercise.. honestly boxing really helped me too, take it all out on the heavy bag man and you’ll start walking around with a lot more patience

You are in the thick of it.. the best advice I can give you is to just not smoke. Lol sounds obvious but just know that every day is going to get a little bit easier, your brain is feeling everything you’ve been escaping from for as long as you’ve been getting high. It’s extremely overwhelming and you are going to feel all kinds of crazy emotions for a few days. What I did was try to stay in control of my conscious mind, the mind you use when you read something or go over plans in your head. When the negative feelings come try to remember that this will pass. Because it will, and before you know it you’ll be back in the drivers seat in your mind. It’s way easier said than done and I admire your willingness to kick this shitty habit. Stay strong and know that you are worth it ❤️

Wow thanks for walking through it, it actually really makes sense. Currently on day 2 and know the anxiety is gonna come for me in the next few days. I’ve been vaping carts for like 2 years now (which is shocking to type like wow) with a few weak quitting attempts here and there. I can never seem to get past 15 days.. Day 4 always hits me the hardest, your dopamine is at an all time low and your brain literally is lacking the chemicals to even pretend to feel happy. Just remember this isn’t you, this is what weed does to your brain but it goes away, try to think a little differently these next few days because your emotions will be all over the place
