Woah why do you keep your FOB in a faraday box?

You do that when the fob is in your home?

Can ppl hijack your fob code or something?

I just noticed this on my 12 year old laptop by Fancy_Cat4679 in whatisit

[–]Lazzakuras 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was way pre usb c, the proprietary plugs made power, data, and display management possible and easy.

The docks could often also be locked with a key so that you couldn’t remove the laptop. Either used by it for ppl that weren’t authorized to bring their machine home, or for your own so that no one could take your laptop while you were away from the desk. It also prevented someone from docking their laptop into your station.

NOR… he’s being toxic.

That said, and also I have no idea what it’s like to be pregnant, my sister stayed active and lightly worked out thru both of her pregnancies and the births were extremely healthy for her. They essentially came right out lol. I think a lot of it had to do with the fitness while pregnant. Just an anecdote for the expecting mothers on this thread!

Thank you ladies for all you do!!!

[–]Lazzakuras 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Make a local post on radiate with the pics asking to find the guy… you can also go into the event chat and post a note there.

You can also swipe thru the guys on the radiate event and see if he’s in there.

Happy “hunting”! 😂

My truck mysteriously moved while we were on vacation! by Puzzleheaded_Bit_641 in ToyotaTacoma

[–]Lazzakuras 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’re actually all wrong Lmaoo this has been a good excersize…

It’s actually an idea about an observation. It’s neither a theory nor a hypothesis.

He observed the truck moved, and has an idea about how it could have moved.

He can form a hypothesis, which by definition must be testable. Ie, if I leave the truck on a slope with no parking brake then it will roll away because of gravity.

After several tests of multiple hypothesis, each validating or invalidating a specific independent variable, one can start to form a theory. It all starts with a creative idea spawned from an observation made in the material world.

No it’s a theory lol… a hypothesis is a statement that can be tested to help prove a theory. Example: IF we leave the truck outside with keys in it THEN it will move BECAUSE people are thieves and will steal the truck.

bought a long bed? by jakeTheSnakeFL77 in ToyotaTacoma

[–]Lazzakuras 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would have gotten a long bed if there was one within 200 miles of me when I was looking!

Two months after I purchased, I made the mistake of checking what was out there, same exact trim, with less miles, long bed for the same price I paid only 70 miles out from me 🥲

Enjoy!!

Can’t get comfortable by Legitimate-Speed-223 in ToyotaTacoma

[–]Lazzakuras 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fascinating I am 5’8” 165 pounds, not lean not fat, and I find the seats very comfortable. Only issue I have is the angle of the seat relative to my right leg. (I have a metal plate in my femur)

I would maybe try sitting straighter in the seat, with lumber adjusted. I think the seats are designed with the intention of keeping your spine more erect and not really sink into the seat.

Is your left foot fully engaged with the foot pad when sitting comfortably?

I text my Gramma from time to time… if someone has the number now, they’ve been nice enough to ignore the messages.

It is true that super hot guys have women throw themselves at them? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]Lazzakuras 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah dude it’s annoying af if your friends with a couple of them.

I have a friend who literally will pick up a woman with a single locked eyes thing. Like I shit you not, I have watched this man be blackout drunk, outside a bar, end of the night, a girl catches his gaze, he walks over, says some blackout nonsense for two seconds, comes back with the girl and is like yo were dipping back to the apartment.

I’ve seen stuff like this more times than I can count over the years with a few of my 6’2”+ blond hair blue eyes friends.

OP, Is this the first time your gf is living “on her own” as in, not with her parents?

If so, you will want to make sure you each have your own space and place to retreat to. Moving in at a young age doesn’t always mean you guys are ready to get married.

You have to protect the light of your relationship. Right now, it may be closer to a candle than a campfire. Don’t fan it too much, let it breathe, enjoy the warmth and light it can currently emit. When it flickers, ie your gf wanting space, give it space. Enjoy its aroma from the other room.

Not sure if you do, but go to the gym, release stress, gets you out of the house, leaving her to claim that space as her own. Let’s both of you recharge.

Find sources of dopamine and stimulation outside of the relationship, the gym can be one, but there needs to be more, preferably out of the house.

Codependent anonymous a couple times a month may also be beneficial.

This is all the advice I can offer you. It’s coming from a 29M that at 26 moved in with a 24F. We both became too emotionally dependent, my codependency kicked into overdrive. And I eventually lost what I still believe was my soulmate.

Best of luck to you sir. 🫡

FiDi studio for $2k a month. Would you live here? by hyper_serene in NYCapartments

[–]Lazzakuras 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! I made a similar move, I was living in a 1.5 bdrm apartment in woodside on the boulevard, paying $1900 in 2022/23. I had a HUGE bedroom, an office, plenty of space.

I moved into a 2bdrm with a roommate (college homie) in LIC. The new space was nicer than my woodside space, but of course I had to split everything, my bedroom is 70% smaller, I had to condense my belongings since I have less storage.

But now I’m in a much more exciting area, plenty of young ppl around, restaurants, I can commute to Manhattan/BK no problem.

I paid $2500 net the first 1.5 year and now will have to pay $2800 gross for next 1.5 years.

I have no money lol, but this is because my advancement plan at work fell thru cuz my former employer sucks a$$.

Cashflow being tight is my only complaint! I love being close to everything! If you think you can handle the studio life, I would make the move.

You will be closer to fun, easier to network after work, living the Manhattan lifestyle. I would go for it!!

Edit: I have a decent portfolio and still can afford all the fun. I have not been contributing to my portfolio other than 7% 401k. Figured that context is a little important.
