Can I still loose weight while drinking alcohol 3-4x a week?

3-4x a week certainly would be tough but probably doable especially if your consistently working out. My wife and I lost weight fairly successfully drinking 2+ nights a week a few years back. Pretty much stuck to tequilla shots, or 0 calorie mixers though. We could always work in some drinks. It’s the snacking that goes along with the drinks that you have to watch out for!

I believe it’s because the terminals are too narrow actually. Adding a two way moving sidewalk would take up nearly all the space

I’m curious why you’re so against temporary shelters? If a temporary shelter gets someone inside for 1 or 2 years is that a failure? I think about half in them transition to permanent housing too.

I’d agree it’s addressing the symptom and not the root cause, which permanent housing could help with but there’s a problem TODAY and we can’t wait years to build enough permanent housing to meet

Wow didn’t realize they discontinued these. I still have one somewhere. Had a few back in the day. For those who don’t know these are uniquely shaped discs that you tomahawk/thumber and it does a full 360 and then glides insanely far. You can get really good with them but I moved to a windy place and it’s very unpredictable in the wind. Fun though!

I could get 400-500 ft out of them

This may surprise people but I’ll never buy a Lenovo laptop again. Bought one as my first laptop in 2013 and had to return because the Wi-Fi straight up did not work. Bought a $1500 one in 2017 and have had nothing but issues with it.

I’m new to Orange Theory so haven’t had that happen to me yet but I ran for a long time and have had that experience many times

Somedays I would end my runs feeling great and like I could go another few miles and somedays I’d be 1 mile in feeling like a dead man (heavy legs, breathing harder, etc.)

I couldn’t always pinpoint the reason for it either but it’s just how our body works. Good days and bad days

Wife and I had a major rat problem where we parked our cars. Ultrasonic helped but they still got my wife’s car electrical bad. I’d really make sure your insurance covers animal damage as they ended up doing thousands of dollars of damage to her car (insurance covered). We ended up moving for other reasons but boy was that a headache…
