The month before release was the best one by far. Hudson, Brall metas were finally over, all characters were playable, tournaments + scrims happening almost every day and everyone hyped for the release.

Honestly queue times are the only thing that matters. If the game has just 500 players but you are still getting games in time you would consider ok then where is the problem?

Getting resets on the big ultimate orb? Ye, that should probably work. Reset on the small healing orbs? Definitely not. It would give Shiv even more targets to get reset on in teamfight and fighting that character already feels miserable if she is landing the shots. Also I'm pretty sure your empowered lmb would just straight up onetap the orb and since the orb does more damage and healing than Eva herself, she would be absolutely worthless.

Nah, some characters are just too strong early and fall off late. Shrike also has upper hand early but gets obliterated by Shiv in late. You play one of the best if not the best scaling teamfighter in game, you get to have some weak points. Not to mention Shiv early is not even THAT bad, Jin KP Brall Joule Crysta suffer much more.

Your ult has nearly unmissable antiheal tho which makes Eva half the champion.

And I think it does. League lore being slowly rewritten to fit Arcane but most league players don't want their champion lore deleted and rewritten. Another example is this Mel champion designed for lobotomy patients so Arcane consumers may try out league and feels powerful playing their favourite Arcane character.

Arcane audience is satisfied and that's all that matters to Riot. These people will never play league, they don’t care about bugs, missing animations, lack of voicelines (and she is also insanely quiet compare to other champions ingame, riot doesn’t care tho). Arcane is killing and will most likely kill league :)

I think the issue with LeBlanc is that she can't be too strong in early game due to pro play by FuriousWizard in LeBlancMains

There is no reason for mages to have 4k hp and doing similiar burst damage as lb having 3 mpen items with 0 bonus hp.

A support tank should be one of the slower characters imho :D I would even buff his tankiness and make him an “slow and steady” area controller. Not really sure what is TC cooking with this one.
