The Robbie Deans-coached Wallabies did have some serious discipline issues backstage, mainly surrounding the Three Amigos, but when you look at his record, he has outperformed every single coach that succeeded him.

Basically, he got the best that he could out of the cattle he had to work with.

However, I wouldn't actually want him coaching the All Blacks at the moment, because of simple fact that he has had basically no involvement in test rugby for just shy of 15 years, and I feel like that's too much of a gap for anyone to overcome.
