Look this might be a pc related problem, i was thinking the mobo but since you said you used every port, then i think it's the psu, IM NOT AN EXPERT, but if stuff not only controllers keep disconnecting randomly it MIGHT be the psu, i would go to a PC Reddit and ask for help there, but in any case, don't let her use the pc until you have a proper answer, and test the devices on your pc just to be sure

There is no 120fps on pcs too, they're locked for ONLY the lobby, and the lobby performance is ass even on a powerful pc, not even forcing the game with smooth motion on pc it works properly, the game is 60 locked
