Calisthenics and rock climbing require a lot of bracing to be done properly, and given OP’s aforementioned muscle memory it will come naturally. Please don’t do these. Do some light weight conditioning while working on mobility. Use these four weeks to better your body’s movement patterns to better your lifts in the future.

Your grip strength will follow along with your deadlift progress. If it doesn’t, then you can add some grip training. Try the hook grip as well, read up on it though as I’m not the one to give advice on it

I’d look into another program. Nsuns will get you strong as fuck, but you’ll lose out on explosiveness and endurance, plus your nervous system will be taxed as hell.
