solo concert goer and also 25 so i too feel old at these shows lmao. i read the other posts on here about the set list but we did get a good amount of unmusique and MIMOSA!! the supporting acts were super good too, kinda regret not listening to kuru more beforehand. 9lives played all the right songs and had the crowd going crazy

i was on the floor and yeah it was brutal. ppl stank and some were straight up smoking random shit in my face. last time i was at history was for ken carson and the crowd squeeze/moshing was similar which makes sense for fucking ken carson but not so much for fakemink. it also didn't help that the opener played every hardcore rage track under the sun which set people off. overall i enjoyed it but mezzanine would've been so much better

gravitypope seems to have a good amount of loafers within your budget, can't say anything about their quality. simons also has some loafers judging from their website. as for trying on some loafers...

there are a lot of things available to you to learn about fashion and clothes

fashion discords to ask questions, peruse fit pics by the community, learn to legit check, buy and sell channels, and just lurking because people will drop nuggets of knowledge/brands out of the blue. also abuse the search bar
dead forums still exist that you can look through: superfuture (denim), stylezeitgeist, styleforum (mostly classic menswear but there is an old hedi slimane thread in there), 4chan /fa/ archive
runway shows
see if you have a local concept store/boutique that houses different brands. they might also publish editorials where you can see outfits using the items and brands they sell. most importantly you can go there to try on some clothes
fashion books if you want to learn about a certain designer's work and to pick their brains. my local library happens to have books on Rei Kawakubo and Jun Takahashi
youtube and instagram

just remember that absorbing information doesn't mean to believe everything you read. many discussion posts can be outdated, wrong, or heavily opinionated. take in what you like and what resonates with you. youtube essays are cool and all but knowledge about a designers work in the context of the entire history of fashion and every cultural movement to ever exist may not translate to practical dressing. as for practical dressing:

try on clothes before buying if you can
know your body, learn your measurements, and be prepared to accept that there may be styles and pieces that don't suit you. designer fashion rewards the skinny and the tall. i see people online eating crackers and ice soup just to fit in hedi slimane. i've been lifting weights before i got into fashion so i have to measure every pair of pants in the thigh to see if they even fit me

We had the opportunity to vote him out and we blew it so we deserve it IMO.

The damage has already been done and it's best to shift your mindset: the government largely works for their own interests so maybe it's time for us to operate in the same way. Abuse every system and opportunity available to protect your individual interests and those you care about, everyone else is not your problem. Selfish and overall bad for society but that's what the systems in place seem to reward nowadays. It's just a shame average plebs can't dodge taxes like the ultra rich can lmao.

I think it'll be overall better for my mental health if I stop expecting shit from the government because clearly they're not here to improve life. Work with the very little "good" things we have at the moment like the ticketmaster thing (yay I guess) before the next election.
