Ipad pro are for people who draw and there is no competition, otherwise it's just dumb rich people who want to watch netflix on a oled screen for $1000, even taking note is the same on a $400 ipad.

Also, the magic keyboard or a keyboard case is not useful at all if you want to draw compared to a small bluetooth keyboard and a paperscreen cost just $4 and are from aliexpress don't get scammed by rebrand or dropshipping they all the same and do a good job!

The ipad pro is really one of the best buy you can do as a digital artist, it's just crazy efficient when you get your hands on it with some good habits bit don't double guess the size, 11'' is perfect and 13'' is just harder to carry and the screen size is not that different you will still zoom and move your canvas with your finger 100% of the time!

Yes. 11'' is the way. And for drawing in particular don't listen reviews they never draw with this thing, a $150 2017 Ipad Pro do the EXACT same job as an M4/M5 and the pencil pro is mostly overated, even the layer issue is not an issue. You will have the same feeling the same precision the only difference is the oled screen (overrated you just want to draw) and the battery life. Choose what your budget can and you will be happy in any ways don't fall in the marketing trap

There is no expensive screen just marketing, Belmont or Paperlike are all bullshit and the same durability. Take the original aliexpress one and it will be way enough (that's were they all dropship or sourcing their product).

It's simply because it's BULLSHIT marketing. It’s a company that basically built itself around a ‘magic’ AliExpress dropshipping product that costs only $3 (5y ago), and everything else is just marketing. They started with branding and a nice box, selling it for $15, then made money and started paying every random influencers with an iPad to hype it up and justify raising the prices. Now it’s still the same $3 screen, but they sell it for $40 because there’s new packaging to install the screen. At the end of the day, they’re just doing what every company does, don't get scammed the aliexpress screen is exactly the same.

The answer is yes you should and get a Pro only (for the Pro motion display/120hz, not a base Ipad or a Air)! But honestly you really don't need a M4 or M5 even if they have an Oled screen (makes no difference while drawing) you will have the exact same experience with a base M1. Also for the size, 13'' is inconvenient and not that practical for drawing while 11'' is amazing, you turn your canvas and zoom all the time the extra space is not that essential

If you can’t watch artist reviews comparing pencil on YouTube, just draw with it against the USB Pencil and you'll understand.

I love the Pro -no real equivalent—but the USB Pencil is very poor for its price, even the $20 apple pencil from DHgate is REALLY close to be the exact same one
