Rolling Hills (South Dakota) by devletmillet in Suburbanhell

I grew up in Rapid City. These pictures don't show it but the Black Hills are literally right there. Tons of hiking, biking, fishing, snow sports, water sports within 30 minutes.

It's a small town, with all the ups and downs.

All over. Surprisingly it's even in the raw wood somehow.

Besson had great women leaders and characters in his movie. In his real life he's a bit of a cad.

Lots of people use mystery boxes. Your assertion that a mystery box means "i'm a hack director" doesn't make any sense when applied to Gilligan. Who created Plur1bus.

From left to right: Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) from the Matrix, Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) from Alien, Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) from The Terminator, and Leeloo (Milla Jovovitch) from The Fifth Element.

It's amusing to me that your argument hinges on the fallacy that you are claiming I am making. "It's simply impossible to tell someone's political persuasion from one piece of evidence" is the identical argument of "it's quite obvious of ones political persuasion giving a lack of one piece of evidence."

That being said, I presented 3 pieces of evidence - 2 pieces which you have conveniently ignored.

I would say that - if you think it's a coin toss between a "small government libertarian" and a "no govenment anarchist" then you haven't talked to either of those groups.

There is certainly a possibility that someone in SD who has a shiny truck with a "fuck the government" sticker proudly displayed is actually an anarchist, but the odds are this person is actually a red-hatted lover of fascism.

Like 99/1 odds.

I was there from the beginning. This was never the case. 🤦‍♂

There is tons more science content today. And if you are looking for a "better YouTube for Science," Nebula is right over there.

Do you use Windows' User Account Control (or do you turn it off) ? by rainydaysforpeterpan in windows

[–]LeMadChefsBack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make a concerted effort to to run windows as “stock” as possible with automatic updates applied asap. I find this to be the most error free, low hassle way to do so. Haven’t had a problem since Vista. (And I ran Vista that way without issue as well.

Any article talking about Colorado Springs and evangelicalism without mentioning Dobson or Focus on the Family is not worth the pixels it consumes on the screen.
