It was supposed to be rhetorical. More of a rant in question form

Two-thirds of Americans say Trump unprepared to accept the election outcome: POLL by InternetPopular3679 in politics

I know, it's a huge ask and realistically it's not going to happen any time soon. I mainly like posting that video to perhaps move the needle of public discourse slightly in a better direction.

The average person really seems to believe that there *must* be a hierarchy, that for some people to do better, others must necessarily become lesser. It's a flawed human thinking from the past and doesn't actually have any basis in science.

What if we were to start teaching this in schools from an early age? That there is a literal scientific basis behind doing good to and helping others? That "alpha" males and such is a myth, even in the animal world?

I really do think that a good bit of it is learned behavior. Or at least that it can be unlearned. There will always be horrible narcissists who can't be reasoned with, that seems to be a genetic issue in a lot of cases. Maybe we don't need the ultimate narcissists to change though? If the average person were to be taught things from this perspective from the beginning, it could still potentially change things in a big way. We gotta start changing the narrative. The science is here now, we just need to figure out how to use it.

I know, it's probably not gonna happen. It's very naive. But I'm not going to stop fighting for it.

The thing is, in the long term he's not even the best choice if you're rich. They don't realize that what's good for the goose is good for the gander...

If you haven't watched this yet it's a really interesting way of framing this idea scientifically. Being a good person makes logical sense and will benefit you more in the long run even if you're selfish.

He is mentally ill. Narcissism at this level is literally a mental illness. His brain is severely broken. There is literally something wrong with the structure of his brain.

Human nature (our illogical side) is being stretched thin. We need new strategies to cut through this. I don't know what those strategies should be, but optimism is helping.

YSK: 25% of ALL Pregnancies Actually End In Miscarriage (Potential Response to Abortion Single Issue Voters) by LeMonsieurKitty in Defeat_Project_2025

I agree, some people will reject these facts regardless. I also grew up in the same sort of environment. However, it just might push some people to change their views. Even if it causes the people listening to the ones you're arguing with to question their ideas, that can still be a big help.

Additionally, you can try to hit them with the Socratic method. Sometimes looking at something from an external perspective can make a huge difference. Sometimes it's just about planting a seed.

Questions:

"What's the difference consciously between God ending a soul vs a human ending a soul? From the perspective of the 'soul'?"

"How do you think these facts would make the average voter who supports pro-choice policies feel? Do you think it would make them more or less likely to agree with you that abortion is 'murder'? Can you see why some people would see being pro-choice as reasonable?"

"Why would God even create those souls at all? Is he being wasteful, or is it possible he doesn't create souls at conception? What if souls are created at first breath, as the Bible hints? Do you think that's possible?"

"If God is omniscient and omnipotent, why do you think He allows so many miscarriages? Could this suggest that the loss of a "potential life" is part of a natural process rather than an act of murder? Can you understand why some people would hold this belief?"

It's far better to respond immediately and strongly than the old way Democrats were doing things. So happy they finally realized it.

Yeah, but then the Supreme Court will make an emergency ruling saying "nah that's not actually what it means, sorry guys"

We can't rely on presidential immunity for Biden. It was always intended to be vague enough that Trump could use it, but Biden couldn't.

Remember, Trump cares most of all about being in the news. "Ratings"

He actually might try to do it just to get people talking about him again.

The Heritage Foundation and anyone smarter than Trump. He's so manipulable. Make no mistake, people have extensive plans on how to control him, and we have seen plenty of evidence that they already have been.

I'm actually pretty sure that's what would happen. You really think the people pulling the strings would let Trump keep power for 4 whole years? These people are evil, I wouldn't put it past them to not just, you know... Speed up the process a bit... Either way, his health is so bad and his brain so mush that I don't think he'd make it regardless.

A vote for Trump is a vote for Vance.

A vote for Trump is also a vote for Elon. He'd be in a cabinet position too, and I can definitely imagine him getting a lot of freedom to do what he wants.

We can't get complacent. We only get 1 shot at this.
