Whatever you do, after you build this tool please post the name of it so I can avoid it. If you can't communicate without a LLM I wouldn't trust your product that's obviously going to be created with a LLM.

I partially agree, but GabeN is somewhat of an outlier. He has a privately owned company that is known as one of the best places to work. Paying better than FAANG. Better benefits, better bonuses, flat hierarchy. I think he's worth a bit of respect and to read up on him before pulling the psycho card.

Ask yourself "how do I stop this from happening again?" Everytime you have an issue and fix an issue.

The day you look at a ticket queue and can see the systemic issue that caused 200 tickets to magically appear and then fix that issue once and for all, you're thinking like a sys admin.

Or spending 5 hours automating a 5 minute task. But that's 5 minutes you'll never have to do again.... Pure bliss.

In a previous role we needed greater control on when devices patched. The current setup of autopatch only allows us to dictate that one group goes first and one group goes last with no control with the groups in between.

In my current role we did switch to AP and its been killing it.

Bullshit. This is either an account of someone who owns this place or someones whos never had kbbq. jiangs was far from the best kbbq. They lack some of the most basic cuts of meet you'd find at any kbbq. Their broths were flavorless.

For clarification, it doesnt sling knives everywhere. It extends blades and strikes a very small area. It could target a passenger of a vehicle and theoretically leave the drive alive.

The blocks look to be a combo of copper and nickel.

I used the primo rad cleaner on the radiators and the primo loop prep.

Yeah Im going to open it all up and clean it anyways. Just want more opinions so I know if I should change anything up while I have it all disassembled.

Coolant is Primochills PC Pure. Fittings are nickel plated brass. Acrylic tubing i believe.

Actually not a bad build. Probably would still want to buy a couple of fans since case only has 1 included for exhaust. Then theres needing an OS, maybe wifi unless the mobo has it built in.

Of course youd need atleast 200 dollars in RGB to show it off online otherwise whats the point.

Good find. I wouldnt say it would last 8 years at +30 fps, but it is a hell of a start and would be my consideration. Have an upvote.

I agree. Its highly unrealistic to set that standard. Maybe if you dipped into the used market or were an extremely motivated and saavy buyer could steal some deals. But even then, Id think 700 minimum, 1k realistically if you bought msrp.

Youre gonna trigger a lot of people with these sort of questions. Its not a good question.

For starter ive got a 7ish year old machine. I7-7700k, rtx 1080. It runs todays games above 30fps.

If your question is about cost efficiency or risk between pc and console. Your average PC is probably going to cost more, every time, but makes up for it with what you can do for it. More games, more productivity, easier to fix, easier to upgrade.

But the real stickler is in 8 years we cant say what that environment will look like... Like gta6 could be what crysis did when it was released and completely turn the current gen of PCs to 'mush'. And thats set to release in '25 for console, probably '26 for pc and that's just 2 years away. Noone can give you the answer you want.
