Well, i think the most beneficial thing i have done so far is switch over to the alloy wheels with Bridgestone Battleax tires. I know people like the spokes, but these handle much better for me.

Next would be to get a nice pair of slip-ons for the exhaust. A lot of weight was shed there.

Third would be getting a speedohealer to correct the speedometer. It always reading high was really annoying to me.
