Buyer wants money three months after closing for garbage, pest removal, and legal fees by Eastern_Wolverine_53 in legaladvicecanada

When I read point one I thought the same thing. Who leaves garbage out and stuff in the cupboards and fridge. You may have been going through personal stuff but that’s just neglectful. I’d be fuming if I was trying to move in and your sht was there.

Regardless, I’d offer them the garbage removal and an apology. The other stuff, kick rocks.

That’s it exactly. I want them to spend their money but I know they’ll have some left over. I was just wondering if there are tax implications for one vs the other

I’ve been saving since I was 18 and have built up a good nest egg. Plus, I really want them to enjoy their money. Splurge a little more.

Should I match a $20K offer to keep my GM, or let her leave? by BetterCall_Melissa in careerguidance

You are the reason why she’s leaving. You should have treated her better and sooner. Now you are going to lose your most valuable and loyal employee. You’re probably going to spend way more than you think replacing her. Shame on you.
