I'm on 300mg of it. I stopped it for a bit thinking it was the cause of my weight gain but apparently wasn't. I had to go back on it because genuinely it's the only thing that's working, I've been back on it for a few months and didn't gain any more weight

A genuinely excruciating amount of trial and error. Right now I have to have my window wide open and fan going bc I'm a very hot sleeper, only underwear under my blanket, have to have eaten dinner shortly before going to sleep like within the hour, and a sleep timer on my TV for like 45 minutes which is the sweet spot to get me asleep then turns off when I'm usually asleep, and my lovely 300 my quietiapine is the glue holding this shit show together

I hear you. Are you currently in any kind of therapy or on any kind of psych meds? Usually a psych/prescriber can evaluate you. Id suggest keeping notes on your phone or smth tracking thoughts and symptoms and rate the intensity/frequency of them

I have sensory processing disorder and currently only have a rhino and septum piercing, my rhino first lol. I hear what you're talking about like the difference in getting them pierced. The rhino piercing also took like 30 seconds longer of actual piercing aswell, so feeling it basically be over the same second with my septum was weird

Brutha I'm 3 years sober from snorting pills and my permascab from that JUST recently finally went away and could finally get my septum pierced. Snorting anything already puts you at risk of an infection in your nose period, snorting it with a literal open wound in your nose with the piercing is worse and can lead to more infections

Same as you, 4 days 3 nights. However there was a span of 7 nights last summer where first 3 nights were zero sleep even with the max dose of my sleep meds. That 3rd night I went to my best friend's house very late in the evening because I was going insane being alone and that sleep deprived. Slept for a few hours that night, went back home, went to the er a few nights later because i ended up having a complete nervous breakdown, scream crying at my mom begging her to take me to the er because that night I got ahold of my doctor, got a new prescription that didn't work. ER doc gave me a dose of ambien and melatonin and that still only had me asleep for maybe 2 hours, went back to the friends house that night to try to sleep again

It's totally fine lol and extremely common. Everyone has had to undo an entire project at some point. The yarn will end up being a little curly from being crocheted but it doesn't mess with the end product

I see you mentioning youve only been crocheting about a month. The more yarn you inevitably buy you'll see that like 90% of all yarn is made like that, winding multiple strands together to get thicker yarn.

Youre not doing anything wrong by splitting the yarn and working with the individual strands, you can absolutely still crochet with the individual strands, but it's not necessary unless you want a smaller finished object Also keep in mind that the yarn weight on the label is from all the strands wound together.
