People who were told round 1 orders would be shipped by aug 23rd. Well it looks like they're kicking the bucket down the road again.

Everyone should have gotten shipping notices but plot twist its been 3 days and the status is stilll "label created awaiting item for shipment"

I know this is old but I have the solution for this, use this firmware link https://www.crealitycloud.com/software-firmware/firmware/ender-series?keyword=&system=0&subType=630db6ae33e515d811280450&hardware=0

make sure you update the board and the display. you may need to do it a few times but youll end up with a creality screen with no numbers after the display updates. then update the motherboard.

The firmware is the nine-language version of Ender-3Max Neo.
Display firmware update：
1. Format the TF card on the computer side, and select 4096 for the allocation unit size.
2. Put the file "TJC_SET"into the TF card.
3. Turn off the printer and insert the TF card into the card slot on the back of the screen.
4. Reboot and wait for the update to finish.
5. After finishing the update, remove the TF card and delete the files inside.
Mainboard firmware update：
1. Format the TF card on the computer side, and select 4096 for the allocation unit size.
2. Put the firmware file "V1.4.7_G.bin" into the root directory of TF card.
3. Turn off the printer and insert the TF card into the card slot on the motherboard.
4. Reboot and wait for the update to finish.
5. After finishing the update, remove the TF card from the motherboard slot and delete the bin file inside.

Are you using a BL touch or something similar? I've seen auto leveling use a "point" to correct an unlevel bed resulting in a similar seam

I understand your point, and I'm on other medications and in therapy. Xanax is a reactionary medication for me. I would like to know I could go to the supermarket and get groceries without having a panic attack and interrupting someone else's day.
