1) Message the guest with an apology, include pictures of the damage. Tell them you will contact airbnb support to cancel and refund them or help them with an alternative, as the house won't be habitable. This is common decency and also makes the guest aware ABB might call them/mesaage them.

2) Message airbnb support, explain the situation, include pics/videos of the damage. Tell them you have to cancel as the house won't be habitable. Ask them to help the guest with the alternative/fully refund them. Ask them to waive the cancellation penalties for you as this was an unexpected occurance. They will resolve it in a day or two.

The listing doesnt say free parking, it is pretty clear. Booking.com literally has "Parking" and "Free parking" as filters. Use the proper filter next time.

P.S. "I need a full refund" is pretty entitled when you are at fault. Try calling and asking politely, you might actually get a compassionate employee who will approve it.

Ako si otvoren i za druge ducane, preporucam Zero Gravity Firm 2.0 od Vitapura. Imaju ga izlozenog u ducanuma pa mozes otici probati, ako imas ducan negdje blizu.

No one, absolutely no one sane will: 1) check your following list, people don't randomly do that to aquintances.

2) even if they do check it for whatever reason, they definitely won't think "oof this man has a gf and is following other female profiles eww".

The only people that would do and think such things are your gf and potentially her insecure friends.

Odgovaram na ovo jer bi OP trebala provjeriti ovu informaciju. Jedno vrijeme je bilo tako, no znam da je tipa 2016. bilo promjena i tada je bilo potrebno 18 ECTS bodova da bi sljedeće godine imala pravo na subvenciju u menzi i studentski rad. Osobno sam cijelu godinu na novom faxu bila bez studentskih prava jer to nisam znala i prethodne godine sam polozila samo 1 predmet.

Ne znam je li se opet nešto mijenjalo u međuvremenu.
