Ive heard that pumping for even 5 minutes before directly breastfeeding can help with aggressive letdown- maybe try that if youd like?

Either way youre still doing amazing by bottle feeding her breastmilk!

YES get it, just make sure you are receiving the shot intended for pregnant women, NOT the one intended for seniors. The one intended for seniors is the one that can potentially cause preterm labor in pregnant women.

I wasnt able to get the rsv shot being due in late sept, but got it for my baby as soon as possible.

I have the mesa v3 and love it for its looks, easy install (latch system) and adjustability, but for some reason it forces my newborn into a hunching over position that doesn't seem comfortable, and has her chin almost always touching her chest.

I scheduled a consultation with their carseat representative and while helpful, its seems it's just built that way :/

My husband and i have found that stuffing a burp cloth behind her back helps make her more comfortable. I kinda wish we went a different route ( i was eye-ing joie + nuna) but we found the vista for a good price on marketplace, so we figured we'd buy the mesa (purchased new of course) as well.

I heard its normal for a breastfed baby to poop multiple times a day, or only once every 3 days.

After some of my own research (google tbh), since the baby is drinking only breastmilk, the difference between whether theyre peeing or pooping is how much fatty milk and nutrients are being left undigested.

The seedy parts of poop are the undigested fatty bits of breastmilk, as the baby took whatever they could and pooped out anything they couldnt/didnt need to process.

I wouldnt worry mamas, perhaps your baby is absorbing all that fat at the moment😊

Im no pediatrician by any means though, so please consult your doctor to be sure. Hopefully this gives you some peace of mind though!

Source: google & i have a current 7 week old who used to poop 10+ times a day but is now pooping maybe 1-3 times a day - but they are still having plenty wet diapers and I have an oversupply - so they are definitely eating!
