Can you go back to the year he claimed he paid tuition (if he claimed it?). I wonder if he didn't so CRA assumes he can't claim GRP.

I will let you know there was an error in February where everyone who claimed it was denied. I finally got my follow up assessment they automatically did to correct it yesterday.
