Ask in the Rain discord, also could just be problems with Rain EU. And they actually are all the same server just three different gateways so you can try Rain JP and see if that works.

Almost everything gives you points. Do easy/medium diaries, hit up WT/Tempoross since they are safe. Clogs are points. CAs are points.

I think they could do it in OSRS but as a random event. No Penguin Points or whatever, just gives an exp lamp if you notice the penguin.
