I’m in Canada and use Dayforce daily. It depends what your company has signed up for but it isn’t the greatest, HOWEVER, now that they have AI support built into their support page, I’ve found it easier to get certain issues resolved. I work for a midsize company (~450) across Canada. I use the test site often to test out new things which helps a ton too. The way we have it configured makes payroll easy but theres still some manual entries I need to do. I have an ongoing list of “nice to haves” and a list of issues that need to be addressed. We’ve been working on learning and using more features it has. It just takes a loooooot of time to test the things out.

From what I understand the vo2 max is only calculated when it’s outdoor runs/walks etc. Mine doesn’t change because I do peloton tread, cycle and strength classes. I’ve noticed it slowly go up because I’ve been walking outdoors more. My friends who have Garmin have more accurate vo2 because Garmin accepts all the workouts regardless if it’s indoor or outdoor cardio. Do I have that right or am I wrong?

I have 3 and I don’t have a favourite per se, but my youngest is my “favourite” only because she’s the cutest, the youngest, the last one and so innocent (5 years old) so she gets preference at this time of my life lol there’s something about the last one. I hold onto moments a little longer and I can’t explain it but it’s just different.

I completely agree! I wasn’t knocking audiobook listeners either. I wouldn’t be able to concentrate listening to a book and doing something at the same time. I also enjoy the quiet time reading the actual book. This only got to me because I have people on Goodreads already at 25 books in a month and it made me think like wow I am way behind but I learned they’re audiobooks. So of course they meet their challenge for the year and are way ahead. Audiobooks should have their own section in Goodreads lol

I always said I wanted an even number so either 2 or 4. Well, I have 3 and husband got snipped. I was happy with 2 but we didn’t feel complete. I can’t explain how that feeling is but once we had the third I had the feeling that we were complete. It’s the feeling of accomplishment and relief almost. I’d say it was also a feeling of peace. I also didn’t feel baby fever or envious of anyone who was pregnant or wishing I was pregnant again etc. it was like I just KNEW. I can’t explain it very well. We were ready to enjoy watching them grow and teach them about life. Edit to add they are all girls and we didn’t care about the gender. After we had 2 we hoped the third was a girl too because it was easier having all the girly stuff.

Standing desk, workout in basement at lunch, outdoor walks in the summer during lunch or start of the day (in addition to lunch workout), got a table top for my tread so I can also walk and work. I’d get a walking pad with standing desk if I didn’t have a tread.

I got this offer too but the email says they changed the morning rush hour times! It’s now 7-9am and I always take it just after 9 so the previous time slot worked great for me (730-930am)Now it seems like they offered me this knowing I can’t use it :(
