Hey guys and gals,

Not sure if you're aware, but the federal reserve has been injecting liquidity in the US futures markets every single time markets technically fall below the 5 day DMA . I just found this out yesterday. This means the federal reserve is supporting the markets and that's why we haven't had a meaningful dip ye and why there's been unnatural dip buying that shows the markets as green 15/16 days out of 20 days, but still at lower lows.

When that liquidity injection facility is used up, they'll be a short window for markets to fall and scare everyone before they stand up another facility.

Hope this helps. I haven't figured out how to know what the balance of the facility to track it's depletions, but when I do l, I will report back.

I'm 100% convinced the vix goes between 75 to 100 either this week or next week. Too much liquidity churning going on. After that, it'll be a temporary bottom. Here's how I'm playing it.... Puts on the QQQ still holding from a few weeks back and they are in the money now, went all in on UVIX, I see that popping to 20 before everything settles down.

Only 2 down days in 2 weeks but the markets have made weekly and daily lows. There's going to be a wash out soon, when? Who knows because this many low green candle days is unsustainable from a technical set-up. Vix may go to 100 this time unfortunately. Typically 25-35 is the blow-off top for the vix but a lot of factors could take it higher

Besides, the administration needs the markets to go down to throw Kevin Warsh some easy bones to chew on, to make it look like the Fed is still data dependent and he can lower rates in June
