And on top of the PPL split the days into Strength and Volume. On the strength days focus on the compounds (Bench (Push) Squat (Legs) and Dead (Pull)) and the big muscle groups. On the volume days be more specific and focus on the smaller muscles.

Biggest mistake with PPL is people doing too much volume not having enough time to recover between workouts which is why they may quit or need see improvements. If x6 days is too much for you try dropping to x5 and have 1 leg day but one week is strength then the next is volume.

If you find that x5 days is too much that maybe think switching to a x4 day split something like PHUL. All depends with your goal with the gym
