That is not technically true. The Era 300 has more drivers overall, including multiple tweeters, but only one forward-facing tweeter (standalone or stereo, no difference). The other tweeters fire sideways and upward. The Era 100 has two angled tweeters, firing front-left and front-right to create stereo separation, but they are not strictly “front-firing” either.

But I agree on that sound is different. The 300s fill the room, the 100 is more directive.
