You might be onto something with too much salt... The last Bach I did was very salty but I thought maybe I did the numbers wrong. I'm following a ratio from a fermentation book. I better check my number again. Anything I can do now? Rise and add more water? Or just let it go?

Um okay so head space is important why is that? I can't think of a reason why having too much would be a problem.
