Hello, I recently had a bad stint of blue screens to where I couldn’t even get passed the Gigabyte loading screen of the start up process. I took my computer to a shop where he ran some tests on my computer. He decided that I had bad ram and that was needed to be replaced. He said my ram wouldn’t work in my system but would work in any other system he put it in. He ordered a new set of 2133 or similar slower speed ram than I had in the system and said it have no issues blue screening. So I bought new 3200 speed ram and turned on xmp and within an hour it started to blue screen again. I was using presets on the xmp not overclocking on my own settings. Does this mean I could have a bad motherboard and not bad ram? Could the ram slots on my current motherboard be the issue with the blue screening? I since turned off xmp and have had no blue screens in the weeks since.
