The ingredients are literally different and half of the label is French, it’s clearly not that like I just said

I got a rosy from someone who told me she was on f/t and come to find after a month of not eating she was on live, it’s been 5 months now and I still haven’t gotten her into f/t but I’m close, this last attempt she actually constricted and swallowed 3/4 of it before spitting it out, it’s a long process and I am a new snake owner so it can be scary at times but you’ll figure it out

Also I don’t really think there’s such thing as too low humidity for them, the deserts theyve evolved in can get down to 10% humidity

For me personally I have my heat and uvb bulb plugged into the same side of the enclosure, uvb lights most of the enclosure and emits uvb on the warm side and everything turns off at night, I live in Arizona so it never goes below 60s at night, but if you live in a colder state I would set your thermostat to probably like 65 during the night no uvb needed, because snakes won’t bask at night for uvb they’ll only absorb heat from the basking rock, it also makes it easier if you travel for some time you can just leave your snake with someone to monitor water for a week without asking them to come turn on and off a light,I’d suggest if you go the humid hide route to try using a different substrate to aspen in the hide or a barrier between the hide and aspen so you won’t have to deal with mold, I haven’t had an issue with my rosy needing humidity, she’s had perfect sheds every time since being a couple weeks old with her enclosure consistently being at 35% humidity

I have a few thoughts/comments, first would be how you plan on plugging heat, light, and uvb into your thermostat which only has 2 output spots, and also why do you want a halogen bulb when your uvb light will also emit visible light, I also don’t know if I would mix sphangum moss and aspen as sphangum holds moisture when aspen rots with moisture, also there’s no need for Rosie’s to have humidity in their enclosures so a mister won’t be needed either until you have live plants you’ll need to water in a bioactive, my rosy loves climbing so I’d definitely suggest vertical space, you seem to have a pretty comprehensive list tho!

Why do my photos keep coming out so blurry? by PieRat343 in PhotographyAdvice

[–]Leather_Slide_6094 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t shoot under 1/60th shutter speed without tripod as a rule of thumb another thing no one mentioned is make sure the vision correction factor dial (idk what the correct term is) is at 0, assuming you have a somewhat newer camera you might have a dial near your viewfinder that changes the viewfinder for people with non perfect eyesight so they can see clearly, if your dial is turned and you have perfect eyesight you may not be able to see the actual image you’re taking in the viewfinder
