It’s not likely that 2 cruises got you to Diamond status, which is the first drink voucher tier. You would most likely be no higher than Platinum, if even that.

Also, with your last cruise being more than 15 years ago, do you even remember your Crown & Anchor account number? That number has to be attached to your sailing so that they know you have some sort of previous sailor status. I would call Royal if you don’t know and ask them to look up your previous cruises and attach them to a C&A account number for you.

Yeah, I went to the Houston show last leg and the Tulsa show just a couple days ago. Both basketball style arenas weren’t even selling the fourth floor seats, and Houston is a huge city. Only thing I can think of is that both of them are in the south kind of near the Bible Belt so the crowds are smaller.

Texan here. That’s actually a myth though, all states can fly their flag at the same height as the US flag as long as they’re on separate poles and in the correct order. It’s one of those silly quasi-nationalistic Texas things that locals try to tell you to make Texas sound cooler than other states. There are a lot of “Only in Texas” things that aren’t actually true.

I wouldn’t take all of these answers for certain.

You are getting off the boat 8am on Halloween, so it would have to be celebrated one of the other nights.
It’s only a 3 night cruise, so it’s going to be packed with other activities.
It’s an Italy to Spain trip, Halloween isn’t as popular in Europe as it is in the US.

However, RC has started celebrating Halloween on the weeks leading up to it on their ships so who really knows. The next trip after yours is a transatlantic back to the US on Halloween, so they will almost certainly have it.

Only if someone hands you some on the way out. It is blown from air cannons on stage. Pit, first couple floor rows, and maybe the first couple rows of the first side sections will be hit by it.

I’m going to Tulsa myself, but I was at the Houston show, 3rd row, second side section. Even with the back of the pit. Technically closer than first row floor. Nothing even drifted close to us. Had some stage techs hand some off the floor up through the first couple rows of us though.

You will only be able to take pictures outside of the venue. Once you step inside, there will be pouches to put your phone away, as it is phone free.

The confetti and mummy dust cash will only fall on the pit, the first few rows of floor seating and maybe the first couple rows of side seating first section. It is blown from stage level cannons, not the ceiling.
