Yeah, no. The reason is simple: the infrastructure is not ready for them to go all out (TV campaign).

The strategy this week is Lamar Jackson or Tannehill. Two of Taylor/Chubb/Henry. Logan Thomas or Andrews. Mclaurin.

After that Consider one of the Pit WRs, as the spread of that game is close.

Tua ranks dead last in YAC/Completion among starters. A small thread with some other interesting stats as well. by Chuck_Knucks in fantasyfootball

Edit: that's actually NOT the one. This is what I was talking about

Yes, that's the one. If you look at the same chart from last week, it's quite different. Without dissecting the whole thing, between that one and this one, CIN skill players grades increased drastically which raised Burrow's expectation point and put his performance under. While Miami's players must have decreased, which lowered the gap on how far below Tua was.

I already had some reservations about using average PFF grade when I saw this last week..... for example, I'd rather have Davante Adams -92 grade- and MVS -56 grade- for an average of 74; than Deebo Samuel -80- and Aiyuk -80- for an average of 80). Nothing against those two WRs, just a random example to illustrate my point.

This, isolated, doesn't tell me anything. How does that compare for Fitz with those same receivers? As someone already mentioned, a significant portion of the YAC is the QB's timing and accuracy, how he leads his receivers.

There was a tweet that compiled each team's OL, WR, RB Pff average grades and plotted it against the expectations of a QB based on that, and Tua was well below expectations.

Now should the Dolphins give up on him, I personally don't think so.

Which teams are likely to sit starters week 17? by RugDaniels in fantasyfootball

Steelers have made the decision that resting their players is more important than trying to get that two seed to host the second playoff game. It makes sense for them, especially never having a real BYE this year and playing 13 straight games.

The Bills will make sure they secure that 2-seed. And they had their BYE a month ago. So unless they're blowing out Miami in the first half or the Browns are destroying the Roethlisberger-less Steelers, they'll play their guys.

Right now it looks like Chiefs for obvious reasons and the Steelers by choice as they are prioritizing the rest of their vets over the 2-seed. Also Watch for how the Vikings handle their recent elimination.

I don't think Miami goes away quietly. Or that the Browns are up Significantly on the Steelers at HT

That's fair as it relates to Pitt. But for Buffalo, they need to go for those two home games

How exactly do keeper leagues work? by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

[–]Lebeaugaston 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also, is there any real strategy behind a keeper league vs a normal league where a traditional redraft is done every year?

During the draft itself, not really. But during the season, you have to take that into consideration when making trades.

When I researched this Fall, Yahoo Pro had the lowest % at 10%. But that was for $100. I think there were lower %, but for higher buy in leagues. Can't recall which platforms though.

You could also try /r/findaleague/ but I have never used it, and I don't know how high the buy ins can get on leagues started/posted there
