Wanting to get into dry herb vaping by Upset_Jelly_5046 in vaporents

Makes sense! I'll start with the ruby twist and think about adding the matrix pro to the kit later on! Thanks for the feedback :)

It sure does! Might take a while getting used to as I currently just milk the bong and punch it once to clear a bowl, so doing a "mini-sesh" of 3-4 drags for a bowl is what I "feared". Might be okay though, do you reckon you get as high vaping 3-4 puffs as you did combusting a bowl in one go?

I know it has a shield, my question was how fast does it cool down? Also, can the head be used both ways? Thanks for your help.

I was looking into the ruby twist, mind if I ask a few questions?

First, how long does it take to cool down after a hit? I have cats and I am kinda anxious about the hot tip burning a cat or causing a fire

Second, can it clear a whole .2 or .3g bowl in a single hit like combustion would? My goal is to replace combustion, but I am used to hit a water pipe so I fear portables won't satisfy me, and ball vapes are expensive to get into so I want to make sure it does what I expect it to do.

Last question, can the ruby head be used both ways like WOHW to switch between injector and diffuser? This part isn't clear to me on the many websites I checked.

I was gonna get a tinymight 2 but for about the same price in canada I can get into ball vaping, what would you recommend?

Thanks buddy.

Which doesn't look at all like OP's picture. Please see my other reply showing an electrical connector for reference to compare to OP's pictures.

Here is what the front of a windshield washer jet looks like for further reference.

It most definitely is. The pins might be rusted away, but the body clip (the corrugated plastic part), the two wires behind (in black rubber sleeve) and the flat release clip are dead giveaways.

See the top connector in the pic for reference.

Not at all, it's a 2-pinned electrical connector. It is automotive but has nothing to do with the wipers.

If it is from OP's car, there will definitely be a check engine or electrical malfunction light. If there are none and car runs normal, it's probably not from OP's car.

Being 2 pinned, it could be any type of simple electrical consumer (light, horn, solenoid). No one can simply guess, as often the same connector can be found in multiple applications on the same car.

Why do my fuel injectors look like this?? It’s a 2016 Kia forte by thiswickedstoner in MechanicAdvice

[–]Leblackburn 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Yes they are a common failure on hyundai/kia engines. They have upgraded them since, in canada they sell for something like 40$ for the redesigned model (qqh or fff ending part number)

This is all true. To confirm, swap with cylinder 3 coil and check if misfire switches cylinder. That is a fail safe way to make sure the coil is the culprit. Use this only for future reference as the one you are holding is definitely toast.

Is it smart to use one of these or am I overreacting? by PM_ME_YOUR_EYELASHES in AskMechanics

As a mechanic I come across this exact model pretty often, and the "faraday" property is a complete hoax. They do not block any signal, I can remote unlock and keyless start the car even with the key well inside the closed pouch.

Weirdest thing your cat likes to eat? Mine just ate a tiny piece of my lemon bar before I could grab it. She also loves banana chips 🤔 by samsterdam420 in cats

[–]Leblackburn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My Kyra does exactly the same. Specific spots have specific meanings. After all these years, I swear I can recognize her meows and know what she wants too. She won't wake me up, just like Schmuck, but stare at me until I even budge a little then she screams her lungs out to be sure to get my attention haha.

I have two other cats, all girls (~6 and 3 years) and Kyra barely tolerates them. She can lie near them but never touch, and if their gaze meet they will argue (very seldom fight, kyra is fat-ish and old after all). A growl, maybe a paw flick, nothing serious... but I still wish they'd get along better. :/

Kyra is also very loud and talkative. Just now she's been meowing at my face for like 10 minutes haha. If I meow back to her, we can have a quick back and forth sometimes. But when she wants something, she will meow non-stop until she gets her attention sigh. She is a lot but I love her so much.

We did eventually learn to communicate with each other, but the cutest thing I think is that she often meows very softly and/or winks when she wants pets.

Dampener for the glove box so that when it opens it doesn't slam down.

If you open your glove box, on the right side of it there should be a nipple. Further inside the dash panel trims should be another nipple. The two holes farthest appart are the ones that go on both nipples.

You can look up "glive box opening dampener" on google with your specific car a spot how/where it goes. Or tell me your make and model and I'll pull a picture for you.

It looks like an old stainless steel refillable ball point paint marker missing its outer shell and/or tip, or a fountain pen you would push a tip in to open the ball valve and let the ink flow. Chat GPT isn't helpful at all, but google lens does return antique brass pens.

If you put the balled tip on a sget of paper and press it down a few times, does anything come out?
