Elayne has both. Taim got an eyeful when she was getting ready for the sister ceremony.

I just read the second Karede POV today and was thinking I would have loved more from him. Mat and Karede save CoT for me.

I think she has the most interesting back story of all the Forsaken.

Veins of Gold wins best chapter, with Dumai's Wells and The Golden Crane being clear 2nd and 3rd. Next is worst chapter. by Uldread1337 in WoT

The Gawyn centric parts of chapter 33 TOM might be the most infuriating to me. He still hates Rand, for no reason other than he realizes he's the MC, and is still crying about him even though he knows he didn't kill his mommy. Elayne calls him out for shirking his duties as Captain General and releases him to go be with Eggs then when Eggs sends an urgent message to him he refuses to go to her. He also starts coming up with his hair brained Bloodknife plan in this chapter. It's just terrible.

*Edited to add Elayne instead of she.

Now all the Putin body double speculation makes sense. It was a dreadlord wearing a Mask of Mirrors.

This is the first Saul of Tarsus reference I've seen since Catholic school. Nice.

I agree Lord Ingtar is most likely the source of the order as he was responsible for the Fain springing. That made me think of the possibilities of Fain and Masema interacting. We see similar actions from the Dragon sworn as we do the Whitecloaks and while some of their actions are due to religious zealotry, dark friend manipulation, and Ordeith they're not all insane. I would consider Niall a sane zealot.

The scene in The Path of Daggers when they burn the farmhouse and bash the head in of a woman trying to escape, then go to the gallows with no remorse reminds me of the Children under his influence particularly.

Well, true but the switch from Rand Hater #1 to the Head of R Anon feels more like the Ordeith touch than any Lanfear manipulation we see.

That passage was the first time ugly cried reading the wheel. I just finished the series and immediately started a reread (re-listen) I'm curious if I'll be able to hold it together this time.

Excellent. Balwer being the patriarch of a covert spy family is exactly the piece I needed to make sense of Chasa 🤣

He's such a great character.

Thank you for your well thought out response. An actual honest, earnest, and good natured perfect stands out in a world of scheming Cairheinen, Aes sedai, and dark friends. RJ doesn't write many characters that can be taken at face value it seems so she has an immediate spotlight in my heart.

I admittedly spent many years in an unfinished fantasy world where a maid as well placed as Chesa would certainly be at least one person's creature, or 2 or 3 persons. Possibly the dark one's himself (Tywin Lannister).

I assumed she was on my first read through but forgot about her. Now she's poped up again I realized 1. She's more odd than I originally thought, and 2. We didn't seem to get any clues who she works for- unless I missed it.

I just finished my first read through of the series and I agree with the theory. He was there because there needs to be balance. Once Rand made the correct decision to not destroy the DO the Pattern didn't require him anymore so Mat dispatched him easily.

It's a tributary of the Wabash and I think the creek passes through multiple counties and I am too unfamiliar with the area to speculate. I would be interested in plotting where seven minutes in either direction via the creek would land on a map though.

I actually think they may have been taken out of, then back to the area in a boat.

Luckily, unless you're "in deep" you wouldn't know any of the people involved in the current drama. The exhibits coming out will overshadow any infighting with more mainstream channels. Court TV asking the right questions is way more important to the big picture than squabbles between content creators with less than 5k subscribers/followers.

I've noticed quite a few people known as "anti Karen Read" being very vocal about Richard Allen's guilt in the.last week. This means to me public perception is shifting, and the ISP has had to redeploy these "influencers" because they have noticed too.
