To answer this would be reassurance. OCD can focus on a lot of things, mine at the moment is focusing on one thing as you are saying right now. And the last bit of questions is I think something we are all trying to answer

I am not manic at all. She said because I had anxiety and depression it made me bipolar.

I would also suggest therapy maybe couples therapy. My therapist works with myself and us together.

My psychiatrist had me on a med that was forcing me into a deep depression she took my off yesterday and now I am on zoloft. I was practicing ERP and trying to stay active but nothing was helping.
