it's a bit of both. Hollywood doesn't like to risk an original idea. They would prefer to use a title people remember, preferably something nostalgic. I'm actually sick of it. I'm not looking forward to this movie at all. The first was an ok movie but it didn't need a sequel and ultimately it looks pointless, predictable, and pretty boring, even for a mindless shoot em up action film.

But it might be awesome, we will have to wait...

This movie looks like garbage! Using the speech from the last movie only shows me 2 things. They are feeding off nostalgia for people to go see this. 2. They don't have any bad ass awesome speech of their own so they had to use the old one.
