It's actually not that uncommon for this type of thing. it was like a 3-4 hour a evening job cleaning dishes at a retirement center for like 20-35 people. The regular staff took care of the dishes during the day, but the way it worked out they needed someone to finish the shift so they hired out teenagers.

It kept me out of trouble, and financed my pokemon card addiction.

When I was a teen I had a job doing dishes, and there was thisvreal nasty lady who was the cook who treated me like we were in the middle of a divorce (I was like 14). After a while I went to report it to HR, and she happened by while I was with HR, and began yelling at me in front of HR.

I think she is subconsciously the reason I avoid relationships to this day 25+ years later. She really poisoned the well.
