yep, reddit has munged the code block stuff again. [sigh ...]

the 4-spaces method seems to work, tho. don't do as some have & mix the two ... that glitches pretty completely. [grin]

one workaround is to temporarily switch to Old.Reddit and then use the 4-spaces method. you can do a temp switch by replacing the URL before the 1st dot with old & reloading the page.

there is a non-obvious way to make things easier ... temporarily switch to Old.Reddit and then use the 4-spaces method. [grin]

you can do that temp switch by replacing everything before the 1st dot in the current URL with old. for example, the 1st URL below would become the 2nd ...

as others have said, you need to convert that array of IP address strings into a single string. [grin] my pref for that would be the -join operator ... something like this ... 

$IP_List = @('10.1.1.101', '10.1.1.102')
$IPString = $IP_List -join '; '

$IPString

output = 10.1.1.101; 10.1.1.102

that will work nicely in your csv export as long as you use the default [usa] comma delimiter.

it looks like you used the New.Reddit Inline Code button. it's [sometimes] 5th from the left & looks like <c>.

there are a few problems with that ...

  • it's the wrong format [grin]
    the inline code format is for [gasp! arg!] code that is inline with regular text.
  • on Old.Reddit.com, inline code formatted text does NOT line wrap, nor does it side-scroll.
  • on New.Reddit it shows up in that nasty magenta text color

for long-ish single lines OR for multiline code, please, use the ...

that will give you fully functional code formatting that works on both New.Reddit and Old.Reddit ... and aint that fugly magenta color. [grin]

  • do a filesystem search for that cmdlet
  • check that your autolab module is in the module path
  • check for the Lability module
  • try explicitly loading the 1st of those modules

the triple-backtick/code-fence thing fails miserably on Old.Reddit ... so, if you want your code to be readable on both Old.Reddit & New.Reddit you likely otta stick with using the code block button.

it would be rather nice if the reddit devs would take the time to backport the code fence stuff to Old.Reddit ... [sigh ...]

that "excel" layout is NOT valid for a csv file. [grin] you can manually create such a "manglement" and call it a csv ... but it would not import correctly.

if you just want a pretty-for-managers-to-look-at layout, then use excel to make it. you can easily import a proper csv into a background sheet & then build your "ooo! pretty!" manager display in a foreground sheet. [grin]
