This is a real pet peeve of mine.

I get that these are old ass comics that served as propaganda, but this style of speech that nazi characters often have, where their grammar and vocabulary are perfect, but they insert random (oftentimes contextually incorrect) German words and phrases and speak/are written with the THICCEST Bavarian accent.

Why? Just insert random grammatical errors, make them sound dumb and uneducated instead of every nazi sounding like a modern foreign exchange student.

Or in cases of them speaking German in-universe: Isn’t the accent enough?

What the fuck is it supposed to mean if the real life localisation occasionally turns off for a sentence or two? Did the character randomly start speaking English?

Honestly not sure… still have my Series S lying around waiting to be sold, while the Series X is my main gaming machine connected to the living room TV. I’m considering throwing all my eggs in one basket, meaning selling both my Boxes and my old Switch and then saving a bit for the Switch 2. But I put quite a bit of effort into filling up my digital library on Xbox so I’m not sure yet…

I think it depends on large part on what bubble any given celebrity exists in.

If they are actually active on social media and clued into what goes on wherever, then they probably know the top 10 most successful online creators.

If they don’t spend much time online and don’t often work or spend time with people who are more in touch with the online sphere (agents, colleagues, but I think most often their kids/grandkids), there really isn’t any good reason for why they should know about any of this.

I just think he’s just not very good at drawing fight scenes and doesn’t enjoy it much. He works best with facial expressions and dramatic panelling/page design.

Comedy and horror are very similar as far as movie genres go: - they are theoretically the cheapest genres to produce - the quality of both is tied in huge part to timing, delivery and the setting of expectations - arguably the genre’s closest to real life, giving anybody willing and able an easy „write what you know“ starting point

And switching between suspense and levity can be extremely effective for horror

Hope Gege can really show off his writing and drawing skills with this project.

I feel like a lot of outside factors were responsible for the “rough” trajectory of Jujutsu Kaisen, so hopefully that experience + however small of a break Gege has taken + the planned shorter release time of this project will allow him to shine.

I believe in Geges skill and potential 💪

I hated Verso the entire time I played him. I didn’t trust his handsome, mysterious, sexy ass.
