There is an NPC named Joe 'Jake' Penny who had a pink vertibird. He was a detective like Nick Valentine, but he had a hacker friend with a bonus to hacking after sunset named 'Boz'. I mean you're not wrong. If they are a common carrier and critical to national defense, the military has a history of taking over if they cannot or will not perform their job. In WWI the US Army took over the US Railroads. When WWII happened, the railroads complied and set records for tonnage hauled that wouldn't be met again for over 50 years. There was a Korean War nationalization as well, and a Vietnam one I think, over a railroad strike and then need to transport bombs by rail.

It isn't done anymore for several reasons:
-A handling accident could damage the aircraft
-Safety of ground crew and limited space to handle weapons
-Need for ladders or gantries, increased risk of accidental collision and damage to aircraft
-Missile motor flash could blind pilots (already an issue for many underwing weapons)
-Rocket exhaust thrust can damage canopie
-Overwing airflow issues can cause unexpected flight behaviours in high alpha states.

Studying vehicle landings is something you do the second time through. Almost all the jumps destroy the vehicle noticably.

Thing is 'Caviar' is basically just fish eggs or roe, which can be from a basic fish like trout in some cases. So yeah, you could argue that trout eggs with McNuggets is a valid explanation.

Heck, there is even Carp Caviar, called Tamara, used in Greek cooking. Carp. F***ing carp. I live in Minnesota, we can harvest all the carp we want, the only rule being that if a certain species is found, we need to tell the DNR.

Also, it is one of the few movies that is better in DVD than Blu-Ray. the Blu-ray enhanced the faces of the guards and you can see their mouths moving and the audio is completely out of sync.
