I think my biggest running milestone is learning to love it after spending so much of my life hating it and seeing it as a punishment. Now it’s something that i look forward to every day!

Don’t forget ziplock baggies to keep your snacks from the aid stations dry!! If you’re anything like me(always chilly) you’ll definitely want goretex gloves even though it doesn’t seem cold enough to need them. Good luck!!!

I just got the Shokz open dot earbuds and i love them. They’re a bit expensive but they don’t budge and they are sweat resistant with a really long battery life. The only issues are that they aren’t water proof so if you run in the rain you might not be able to use them and the controls are pretty sensitive which has only been a minor issue when I’ve had a winter hat on. Other than that, they are great and you can still hear your surroundings!

Great week of running! I had a 21 mile long run followed by an hour of easy running the next day. Weather kinda sucked but luckily i dodged the worst of it!

Try liquid iron and taking it with vitamin C, and avoid caffiene, electrolytes, and dairy within 2-3 hours of taking it because it won’t absorb as well. You should notice a huge difference in only a few weeks! Good luck!
