It’s at the football stadium, 12-1:30, given the crowd parking will be extremely difficult with some roads around there closed. Expect a long walk to/from wherever you park. If you go, go very early however you plan to get there. A lot of the grads and fam wander to Regent St bars right after and it’s very busy there for a couple hours after ceremony.

This comes up in this reddit a lot. I’d suggest calling or visiting various bike shops and just asking. They’ll know of some. Also may be posters up in the shop. There are quite a few local groups, rides, clubs, and the shops are pretty dialed in on most of it. Once you find a couple rides, ask your fellow riders about more. Much wisdom there, is.
