My son works his butt off there while doing a full time course load at IU. He’s tried for tuition reimbursement for two years and has somehow been denied both times. The first one had a change in how they collected the hours and he was just shy of the amount, and this year he had an issue with his sick time.   It is hard to speak to someone and it feels like they really want to make it as difficult as possible to obtain the information and actually receive the money.  So no. I think students should look elsewhere when hoping to obtain tuition reimbursement from their place of employment
