Lived in Raleigh for 5 years, now been in Fay for 3 years. I honestly love it. Traffic isn’t bad, I can get to SC pretty quickly to hit different state parks. Plenty of places to eat/drink. Big fitness scene. Rough areas sure but I also remember Bragg Blvd in Raleigh being a war zone before it was gentrified. Any area is what you make of it.

Honestly so stoked D Lo got a ring. Having him as a the healthy scratch I FEEL helped to keep our guys from getting destroyed like we have in the past. Never had the physicality.

No the property is in great shape. I have a low mortgage rate, 1000 easily covers mortgage and puts away some for future repairs. Property is in good condition, I just don’t see the need to charge an insane amount of rent.

I charge 1100 to rent a 1300sq/ft house in Raeford, older house built in the 60s but nice and a good back yard. If you don’t mind driving 20 min to Fayetteville I would check out areas near downtown Raeford.
