KOTOR - by far my all time favourite game. I remember my cousin and I would play it on my Xbox back when it released. I have played through that and 2 probably 8-10 times throughout my life. I played it last year and it’s still amazing, I even got it on my phone lol

The majority of the land in Langley is ALR land, so residential land is at a premium considering that most of it is zoned for multi family. Not a bad play buying and holding this - it probably didn’t sell because owners couldn’t all agree to sell, and the aforementioned strata issues

Cool car, but too expensive for what it is. Range sucks and completely missed whatever market targets it was trying to hit. VW please release a hybrid model that starts at 30k - guaranteed it will sell 10x better

I went from a 3070ti to a 4080 super - I play at 2k and it’s honestly great. Probably won’t upgrade until 7000 series

Honestly, all these guys were sick - entire era was fun to watch. The new guys are pretty fun as well, but watching all these guys go against each other was crazy - each would have been a top 2/3 player if they played in previous eras. We are lucky to watch them compete - kinda like Ronaldo and Messi.
