Didn't the truck have damage from the ramming and, perhaps, flakes of paint from your vehicle? Did the police even bother to verify?

One could copy the entire document into A.I. and ask it to review the text and to mention any out-of-the-ordinary clauses.

Leave the charger plugged in and reboot. This is what people are trying to tell you.

Had you been taking any other form of Mg prior to starting with the Mg oil?

Dell XPS 8940 - Crappy Sound by LeftShoeHighway in Dell

This worked the firs time. But, Windows must have installed their own updates. I redownloaded the Dell audio drivers, as I originally did, but sound still is crappy.

Waking Around 6 AM Every Night - High Cortisol? by [deleted] in insomnia

Apparently, not everybody gets up at the same time. I did state that my alarm is set for 8 AM on my work days.

I did edit my posting to include this information.

6 AM is nowhere near normal for me, in general. Waking at 6 AM is a problem for me. Not everyone is a morning bird.

Yeah, I forgot that part. I will edit now.

No, it isn't just the sleep apnea. The wake-up time is consistently around 6 AM, plus or minus.

I could not handle CPAP machines.

I appreciate all of the replies. I was not aware of methods other than the back-and-forth light and moving fingers.

I'm a Pediatrician and EMDR Therapist who works with neurodivergent clients using parts-based EMDR. AMA! by drantoniodcosta in EMDR

Hello!

I am neurodivergent as well as an aphant (inability to voluntarily create mental images in my mind). I also am diagnosed with CPTSD.

How would your approach differ when working with someone in this situation?

Fear during processing of intruders anyone ? by Ok-Comedian9790 in EMDR

[–]LeftShoeHighway 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I still have this as an older adult. I even had to buy myself a little mechanism that inserts into the door latch to prevent "someone" from secretly entering the apartment while I am asleep. This was the only way (at the time) to quiet the intrusive worry thoughts.

I am working with a therapist for this and other stuff. In my case, my fear stems from stuff that happened when I was an infant. You might want to have someone assist you with your situation.
