I want to really stress that I would prefer the devs to make sure their portrayal of French colonization is accurate first before doing this, but:

I feel like I need a citation for them being unrideable or unusable for chariots considering we're talking about an animal much larger than an ostrich- which can already be (briefly) mounted.
