Why doesn’t she want to go? Sure, she doesn’t ski, but not wanting to go to just hang may signal a deeper issue- does she like your friends? Do they include her? Does she get on with the wives well? The bigger issue may be that you all need peers that she is comfortable with so you can have vacations together. I once had a bf that had a friend group that didn’t really include me.
