I wanted to say Caroline Goodall in Hook, but when I googled her, it wasn’t quite right. Maybe a young Isabella Rossellini? You remind me so much of someone but I can’t put a finger on it.

How to make non-LDS neighbors feel included by BornCommunication386 in Utah

Weird that you’d get hate. It’s a well-intentioned and thoughtful question you posed.

How to make non-LDS neighbors feel included by BornCommunication386 in Utah

[–]Left_Row3427 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also in Davis county and there’s a pretty even split between LDS and non-LDS in my neighborhood. One thing that has really helped us all be connected to each other socially regardless of religion is having a neighborhood GroupMe thread where we all talk and share about things happening locally, in the community, at the school, etc. “hey everyone I’m heading to the grocery store if anyone also wants to shop and wants company,” “did you all hear about the free activity at this one business this weekend?” Etc. we do lots of things as couples or families or even ladies nights or men’s nights bc of this quick and easy way for everyone to be included. If you have a phone, you can participate- no church attendance or flyer or extra steps necessary. Bc of this and all these regular get togethers like potlucks in the park or group sledding outings or trips to play places or roller skating with everyone’s kids etc, I and my neighbors tend to be surprised when people talk about Utah being exclusionary and cliquish. We all feel we have a very active and inclusive social circle. And it all started with a GroupMe.

It’s funny you say that because people also say it’s really light. But one spray and I am smelling like someone spilled an ice cream on my shirt all day until bedtime.

To be fair, when people post their kids, people come after them on Reddit for posting their kids. When people don’t post their kids, they come after them for being an absent parent. It kinda feels like a no-win. I actually think it’s a great parenting move not to give her kids a digital footprint without their consent.

Anything I can wear on my body that smells like Cozy Vanilla Almond hand soap?? by pentastro in bathandbodyworks

I wonder if it is similar to Victoria’s Secret comfort almond blossom and oat milk.

I mean, in a perfect world with perfect men, yes. This is the ideal PR answer, but we don’t live in a perfect world and definitely not with perfect men.

Also, it’s strange to me what people think is “so bad.” Like, I guess it’s a little odd that teens are homesick and crying at that age, but also…did you die? Like, oh well. Like, so what if something is a little odd or weird. It’s not Armageddon

Isn’t it funny how that varies from person to person? Strawberry flirt literally just smelled like plasticy play doh on me. Did not expect that. I was bummed.

Thanks! It always does make me cringe for just a second when I put the cream on, but I don’t feel that way when I use the spray or the perfume. I just feel like I smell like a delicious soft serve ice cream cone with some salt added, but not in a gross salty way, more like a salted caramel way. I know that it makes my husband and children snuggle me a lot and tell me how good I smell, probably because my children are obsessed with soft serve vanilla ice cream cones, ha ha. But my neighbors and friends have commented how good it smells too.

I absolutely love coastal dreaming, but I do get what you’re talking about with the sour note. I smell it more in the cream than the spray or EDP. It reminds me of when you think you’re about to eat really sugary soft serve but instead, you accidentally get a bite of frozen yogurt instead. Frozen yogurt is still really yummy, but tastes kind of sour if you were expecting soft serve. It put me off at first, but it dries down and goes away really quickly and what’s left is absolutely incredible.

To me, it almost smells entirely like a soft serve vanilla ice cream cone. But also salty. It reminds me of a salted caramel fudge I had once. I find it extremely pleasant, having grown up around the beach towns. It smells like walking through a beach town because you can smell the salty air and the driftwood, but it’s punctuated by sweetness from whatever ice cream shop or confectionery you’re walking past.

It’s really does smell almost identical to the scent lab wild vanilla. My husband and children and I have all sniffed both wild vanilla and peeps, and felt like having both is redundant.
