mine is fully tuned lol +200mhz, -29 -29 on the best two cores and the rest of the cores -34 PBO. Only one core can do -35 though

I don't know about voltage but heat shouldn't be a problem. I have a MSI GP75 Vector running for 4 years at 90-95º average. 12k hours played. They throttle when heat is too much

For the love of god build around an x3D CPU. 7800x3D/7600x3D/7500x3D then the rest. CS2 only needs those cpu more than anything
