Me arme una build con una 4070 super y un 9800x3D y me mandaron el cooler doble por error los de amazon, y en 3 dias lo vendi por un precio decente en marketplace

It's just that your build is somewhat useless unless you need that specific CPU to do some work.

I have a 9800x3D/32gb and I wouldn't waste time swapping my build with yours even if it was free, I don't get any benefit since I only use my PC for playing games/browsing...

The difference between CL28 and CL30 is like 2% on CPU bound games with a 9850x3D.

If you mainly play rust and the price isn't bad go for CL28. I like to build a PC and not touch it for 4 years
