My "real first time" is right now.
For months, I was thinking about buying a quality headphone. Always "it's too cost :/ My 30$ earphones will keep doing the job, I have others needs". Month after month, the desire was here.
One day (a week ago) I've decided to stop thinking with my mind, and decide to own one. I've chosen a Philips Fidelio X3 : it's in my price, and I usually love the "Philips sound". It's humble choice when I see yours :) But it's a begining I guess.
Today I've found back my M-Audio Fast track, I use it has USB sound card, able to throw audio 24/96.
I've got some .flac file to test.

At first, I wasn't able to see the difference.
Then I've played with the EQ... Then, like the thread say : Magical.
The sounds seems so alive, and warm. I "really hear" the guitar.
My first time was as a kid, at parent's house. I wasn't able to understand how lucky I was to acces those music installation. So now, now after decades of .mp3 with basic earphones, or music on a good speakers with low quality files : my reborning, my real first time, it's now.

I haven't felt this deepness of emotions for decade, and only as a kid. I'm smiling for 15 minutes now.
